Throughout the short journey in Berlin, Bassam, who have been living there since 2013, is going to take us to different Syrian shops and restaurants, which didn't exist two years ago.

He recalls the isolation feelings and homesickness before all of these places existed in Berlin.

When you ask him if he feels already home? he smiles, he laughs, and cries.

"there's no place like home.. but yes I feel settled and safe."  Bassam said.
